Primary Responsibilities :
Job Title: Senior Structural Engineer
Location: Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Lead and perform structural analysis and design of various industrial structures, including Steel and RCC structures, using StaadPro and ETABS.
- Supervise and coordinate with draughtsmen to prepare design drawings.
- Review and update design drawings as required, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Interact with clients, including face-to-face meetings, to understand their requirements and provide technical expertise.
- Conduct site visits as necessary to oversee project progress and resolve any structural issues.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on technical matters.
- Ensure all projects meet the company’s quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
Experience Requirements:
Mandatory Requirements:
- ME/MTech degree in Civil Engineering.
- Fluency in English.
- Industry experience of 7-10 years.
- Proficiency in Steel and RCC design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, StaadPro, ETABS, and AutoCAD.
- Must be based in Mumbai and currently living in Mumbai.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in managing and leading structural engineering projects.
- Experience in industrial structures is preferred over residential structures.
- Graduates from reputed engineering colleges in Mumbai.
- Preferably living within a 5 km radius of Andheri East.
- Proficiency in SAP 2000 software.
