recruitment agency. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in
sales, a deep understanding of the recruitment industry, and a proven track
record of achieving sales targets. This role involves managing both inbound and
outbound leads, with work-from-office arrangements for inbound leads and
work-from-home flexibility for outbound leads.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Lead Management:
- Handle inbound leads
generated through various marketing channels.
- Proactively source and
manage outbound leads to identify new business opportunities.
- Client Relationship
Management:
- Build and maintain strong
relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
- Provide excellent customer
service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy and
Execution:
- Develop and implement
effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Conduct market research to
identify trends and opportunities in the recruitment industry.
- Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate terms of business
with clients and close deals effectively.
- Prepare and present
proposals to potential clients.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records
of sales activities and client interactions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to the management team.
Experience Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the recruitment industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to sales.
