Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Freight Forwarding Sales Executives with a strong background in Full Container Load (FCL) sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating significant revenue and possess excellent local connections. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence in key cities during phase 1 of our sales drive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local clients, leveraging fluency in the local language and connections.
- Drive FCL sales to Europe, the US, Canada, and the Asian region, achieving a CTC multiple of 3 or above (three times the expected gross salary).
- Identify and target potential clients within the designated regions to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Experience Requirements:
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the current organization.
- Proven experience in FCL sales with a focus on Europe, the US, Canada, and the Asian region.
- Strong local connections and fluency in the local language of the respective target city.
- Ability to produce a CTC multiple of 3 or above.
- 3-8 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
