Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Freight Forwarding Sales Executives with a strong background in Full Container Load (FCL) sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating significant revenue and possess excellent local connections. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence in key cities during phase 1 of our sales drive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local clients, leveraging fluency in the local language and connections.
  • Drive FCL sales to Europe, the US, Canada, and the Asian region, achieving a CTC multiple of 3 or above (three times the expected gross salary).
  • Identify and target potential clients within the designated regions to expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Experience Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the current organization.
  • Proven experience in FCL sales with a focus on Europe, the US, Canada, and the Asian region.
  • Strong local connections and fluency in the local language of the respective target city.
  • Ability to produce a CTC multiple of 3 or above.
  • 3-8 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
