Detailed Work Profile:
We are seeking experienced ServiceNow Developers with a minimum of 3 years of experience in CSM (Customer Service Management), ITSM (IT Service Management), and HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery). The candidates will be responsible for developing, configuring, and enhancing ServiceNow applications and modules. These requirements are for both our client and our company.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Development and Customization:

   • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules in alignment with business needs.
   • Implement new functionalities and enhance existing features using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
   • Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs.

2. Configuration and Integration:

   • Configure and maintain ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, and HRSD modules.
   • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
   • Develop and maintain workflows, approvals, and service catalog items.

3. Incident and Problem Management:

   • Manage and resolve incidents and problems within the ServiceNow platform.
   • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
   • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.

4. Reporting and Analytics:

   • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations within ServiceNow.
   • Utilize Performance Analytics to monitor and improve platform performance.

5. Collaboration and Documentation:

   • Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and other developers to gather and analyze requirements.
   • Document technical specifications, configurations, and changes.
   • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

6. Training and Support:

   • Provide training and support to end-users and other team members.
   • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities and recommend improvements.
