Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Salesperson with 1 to 2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the market trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual skills are a must to cater to our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Present, promote, and sell real estate properties to existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the real estate market.
- Continuously improve through feedback.

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Salesperson in Dubai (1-2 years).
- Thorough understanding of Dubai’s real estate market and current trends.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
- Multilingual abilities (Arabic, English, and other languages preferred).
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM practices.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
