Job Description:
We are searching for a detail•oriented, deadline•driven Service Engineer to join our dynamic
team at compnay. The Service Engineer will be responsible for repairing faults,
servicing equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and updating user manuals.
Providing friendly and efficient service at all times is essential to this role.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.
• Communicate with clients, the parent company in Europe, engineers, and other technicians to
ensure the effective delivery of services.
• Promptly follow up on service requests and provide solutions for mechanical, electrical, and
electronics issues.
• Monitor equipment and machinery performance, and develop preventative maintenance
measures.
• Conduct quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
• Deliver demonstrations to educate customers on safe and effective equipment use.
• Provide recommendations about new features and product improvements.
• Monitor inventory and reorder materials as needed.
• Write reports and present findings to Managers and Supervisors regularly.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Associate's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Ability to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronics issues independently or
with backup support for major issues.
• Relevant certificate or license is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel.
• Excellent active listening and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests without being overwhelmed.
