High Potential Doctors
Doctors qualified in Australia & living in Australia or with qualifications from specific countries have a high potential to get hired quickly (2-5 months). They are paid 60-75% of their billing, approximately AUD 300,000-650,000, depending on location, number of patients, and skills. Rural doctors typically receive higher pay.
Commission Structure
- AHPRA Registered Non-Restricted Doctors (Based in Australia with work experience in Australia): $12,500 AUD - 50% profit share
- Doctors with Qualifications from Listed Countries (Qualifications from below countries but not currently living in them): $9,000 AUD - 50% profit share

Experience Requirements:
Annexure 2: AHPRA Equivalent Doctor Requirements
All doctors must have a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience to move to Australia.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and treating physical and mental illnesses, disorders, and injuries
- Recommending preventative actions
- Referring patients to specialists and other health care or support workers
Training Pathways
- Competent Authority Pathway: For non-specialists and specialists with qualifications from the UK, Ireland, USA, New Zealand, and Canada.
- Specialist Pathway: For specialists seeking recognition or an area-of-need specialist position.
