Corrugation -Service Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Corrugation Machines Service Manager to lead our service department. The ideal

candidate will oversee the installation, maintenance, repair, and management team of service engineers, ensuring

maximum uptime and efficiency in our operations.

Responsibilities:

 Manage a team of service technicians, providing guidance, training, and support in servicing corrugation machinery.

 Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimize machine performance and minimize downtime.

 Coordinate with operations teams to prioritize and address machine service needs.

 Conduct regular inspections and assessments of machinery to identify issues and recommend improvements.

 Collaborate with vendors for spare parts procurement and negotiate service contracts.

 Maintain detailed records of machine service history, performance, and maintenance activities.

 Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all service operations.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).

 Proven experience of 5 years and above in servicing and maintaining corrugation machinery in the same industry

 Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.

 In-depth knowledge of corrugation machine operations, troubleshooting, and repair.

 Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to machine maintenance.

 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
