Farm Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the farm, focusing on onion and potato crops.
• Develop and implement farming strategies to optimize yield and quality.
• Manage planting, irrigation, fertilization, and harvesting processes.
• Monitor crop health and implement pest and disease control measures.
• Maintain farm equipment and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and manage farm budgets and financial records.
• Hire, train, and supervise farm workers.
• Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
• Liaise with suppliers, buyers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing onion and potato crops.
• Strong knowledge of modern farming techniques and machinery.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Any nationality is welcome, but Indian candidates are preferred.
