Position: STP Project Manager
Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: ₹50,000 - ₹80,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of the STP project from inception to completion.
Ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Manage project staff and/or subcontractors and allocate resources as necessary.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, government authorities, and consultants.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Prepare and present project reports and documentation to senior management.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure that all construction activities are carried out according to design specifications and standards.
Manage the procurement of materials and equipment.

Experience Requirements:

Requirements:

Education: Minimum B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of work experience, with proven experience as a Project Manager managing STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) projects independently.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in project management software and other relevant tools.
Comprehensive understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
