Head chef

CHEFS WANTED FOR UHNW CEO OF AFRICAN MINING COMPANY

Head chef, sous chef and junior sous chef are required

2 months on/ 1 month off rotation

Chefs will have their own car and accommodation

The preferred age is 30+

Chefs will be required to travel with the CEO throughout the world, but much of the time will be spent in Africa.

When not needed, they will have to make food for the private plane

European chefs will only be considered for the positions 

The head chef and sous chef should have a Michelin star background

The client likes healthy Med cuisine in small portions.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner

The client mostly eats alone but sometimes has guests (just a few, not large numbers)

Applicants should be able to demonstrate a stable work history and long-term commitment in previous positions.
