Inside Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Marketing:

   • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
   • Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into successful business relationships.
   • Conduct market research to understand market trends and customer needs.
   • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

2. Client Relationship Management:

   • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
   • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
   • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure continued business.

3. Shipping ERP:

   • Manage and operate shipping ERP systems to streamline sales and marketing operations.
   • Ensure accurate data entry and documentation within the ERP system.
   • Monitor shipping schedules and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery.

4. MS Office Proficiency:

   • Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and other related documentation using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
   • Develop and deliver presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

5. Driving and Mobility:

   • Utilize a valid Saudi driving license to travel and meet clients as required.
   • Manage and plan sales visits, ensuring coverage of assigned regions.

6. Iqama Transferability:

   • Candidates with a transferable Iqama are preferred, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

7. Team Collaboration:

   • Work closely with the marketing and logistics teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
   • Provide feedback and insights from the field to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Sales & Marketing within Saudi Arabia.
• ERP Knowledge: Experience working with shipping ERP systems.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Driving License: Must hold a valid Saudi driving license.
• Iqama: Transferable Iqama preferred.
• Availability: Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
