Female Spa Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and other specialized therapies.
• Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Maintain treatment rooms and equipment in excellent condition, ensuring all health and safety standards are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business through personalized service.
• Manage scheduling and ensure timely treatment sessions.
• Upsell spa services and products where appropriate.
• Keep accurate client records and handle confidential information discreetly.

Education Profile:

• Graduation: Preferably in a related field such as Spa Management, Health & Wellness, or Hospitality.
• Post-Graduation: Not mandatory but a plus if in a relevant field.
• Special Course: Certification in Massage Therapy, Aromatherapy, or related spa and wellness programs is required.

• Presentable with a professional demeanor.
• Attentive to detail and dedicated to customer satisfaction.
• Positive attitude with a passion for wellness and self-care.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs.

Languages Known:

• Proficiency in English is required.
• Knowledge of additional languages, such as Arabic or Hindi, is an advantage.
