Personal Attributes:

Key Competencies:
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with different manual and semi-automated tools and machines such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
- Material Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the properties of metals and other materials used in machining.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals accurately.
- Physical Requirements: Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items and handle demanding tasks.
