Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Doctor with an MD in Medicine to join our healthcare team in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering high-quality medical care to patients, with a focus on diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of illnesses. Freshers with strong academic backgrounds and relevant training will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
- Diagnose and treat various illnesses, injuries, and diseases.
- Provide comprehensive medical care including preventive measures, health education, and management of chronic conditions.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Consultation:
- Conduct thorough examinations and consultations to understand patient conditions.
- Recommend appropriate diagnostic tests and interpret the results to make informed decisions.
- Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Medical Records:
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records including histories, examination findings, treatment plans, and outcomes.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of patient information.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Refer patients to specialists or other medical professionals when necessary.
Emergency Care:
- Provide emergency medical treatment in cases of urgent medical conditions.
- Stabilize patients and ensure they receive the necessary follow-up care.
Health Education:
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Promote healthy lifestyles and provide guidance on disease prevention.
Educational Requirements:
- Graduation: MBBS from any accredited Indian University.
- Post-Graduation: MD in Medicine from a recognized institution.
Language Proficiency:
- Proficient in Hindi and English.
