About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Energy Analyst to join our expanding international consulting team. In this role, you will work on challenging, high-profile projects and receive the encouragement and support needed to develop your career as part of a unique team specializing in building energy management.

Responsibilities:
As an Energy Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Compiling, extracting, and analyzing data sheets, architectural and MEP drawings, local and national regulatory requirements, and relevant standards such as ASHRAE 90.1.
- Performing whole building energy modeling and analysis using the ASHRAE 90.1 Appendix G framework.
- Developing eQuest building geometry from plans available in various formats like AutoCAD, PDFs, images, etc.
- Creating worksheets and updating activities with project progress.
- Performing CAD zoning and developing trace drawings for creating eQuest models.
- Creating eQuest energy models and designing various HVAC, Hot Water Systems, Building Envelope, and Lighting systems based on the project requirements.
- Conducting energy simulations to compare Proposed Models with Baseline Models.
- Calibrating/Tuning eQuest models to calculate energy savings.
- Updating spreadsheet documentation to support the eQuest modeling process and preparing technical reports from the results.
- Generating energy simulation reports and updating the project tracker.
- Collaborating with team members and reporting to the line manager as directed.
Candidate Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Energy, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil).
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience using eQuest, AutoCAD, and other software related to building simulation, energy modeling, HVAC design tools, load analysis, daylight modeling, and solar modeling.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and modeling of systems is desirable.
- Proficiency in ASHRAE standards and HVAC, Lighting & Building Envelope terminology.
