Job Description:

Oversee Recycling Operations: Manage and oversee the entire recycling process to ensure quality standards are consistently met and production targets are achieved.
Optimize Pelletiser Processes: Manage and optimize the palletizer process for PP and HDPE materials, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Identify Process Improvements: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
Monitor Production Metrics: Track and analyze production metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Develop Maintenance Procedures: Create and implement maintenance procedures and schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the production and maintenance budget, including forecasting and cost control to ensure financial efficiency.
Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as Injection Moulding and RM procurement, to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
Reporting: Manage and oversee the preparation of reports on production performance and efficiency, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
Ensure Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations and adhere to company policies.
