Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Export Sales Executive / Export Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the global market, specifically in the UAE, with a focus on high-growth regions and countries. This role is essential for expanding our market share and achieving revenue targets in the flexible packaging industry, particularly in BOPP films.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Market Development:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for BOPP films in international markets, with a focus on the UAE and high-growth regions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international customers, including packaging companies, converters, and distributors.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and sustain robust relationships with international customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide market feedback and insights to the management team to support informed business decisions.
Negotiation and Sales Strategy:
- Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and other sales conditions with international customers to secure profitable deals.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Coordination and Compliance:
- Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics and operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of BOPP films to international customers.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and certifications to ensure compliance in all sales activities.
Requirements and Skills:
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in export sales, preferably within the packaging industry, with a focus on BOPP films or similar products.
- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and driving revenue growth in international markets.
Industry Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of the global packaging industry, including market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Familiarity with the Dubai market and experience working in the Middle East region is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with international customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and revenue growth.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic, Spanish, Mandarin, etc., are an advantage.
