Experience Requirements:
Detailed Work Profile: We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in Mediterranean and Italian cuisine. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in preparing and cooking Italian and Mediterranean dishes. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and cooking dishes according to the restaurant’s menu and standards.
- Ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Assisting in menu development and food inventory management.
The restaurant has a capacity of 86 people and operates in a dynamic and high-paced environment.
Education Profile Specifications:
- Graduation: Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
- Post-Graduation: Not required.
- Special Course: Specialized training in Mediterranean and Italian cuisine is an advantage.
Personal Attributes:
- Excellent culinary skills with a focus on Mediterranean and Italian cuisine.
