Job Description

Responsibilities
- Assist in food production across various cuisines, ensuring high standards of preparation.
- Contribute to menu construction and assist in planning and developing new dishes.
- Participate in quality management, maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations, including ingredient preparation, cooking, and plating.
Location: Kallekkad, Palakkad, Kerala
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Experience Requirements:
Education Requirements
- Graduation: Preferred in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or related fields.
- Post-Graduation: Not required.
- Special Course: Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts is a plus.
Personal Attributes

- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high standards of food quality.
Communication Skills
- Basic proficiency in English is preferred.
