Primary Responsibilities :
Job Title: Legal Advisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on matters relating to the company's operations.
- Draft, review, and advise on contracts and legal documents in various areas (e.g., trading policies, transport, shipping).
- Represent the company in negotiations and litigation in court.
- Research and analyze complex legal issues.
- Communicate and collaborate directly with the Board of Directors and international legal partners.
- Perform multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectively in a multi-tasking work environment.
Experience Requirements:
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a lawyer's practice certificate.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the international legal field, with knowledge of both Civil and Common Law.
- Experience working in international companies or multinational organizations with exposure to international law.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially in an international environment.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Open-minded and adaptable to new ideas, with a meticulous and careful approach to work.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.
Location: Primarily based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. If candidates prefer to work overseas, this can be negotiated.
Preferred Nationalities: Singaporean, Indian, or Malaysian.
CTC: AED 2500 – AED 4000
