Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.
Product Knowledge and Presentation:
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the company’s product portfolio and its applications in the food and nutrition sector.
- Effectively present and communicate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of products to clients.
Market Analysis and Research:
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and innovative solutions for clients.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates on pipeline status and revenue projections.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain) to ensure sales strategies align with company objectives.
- Collaborate on optimizing product offerings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
Trade Shows and Events:
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Engage with potential clients, showcase products, and network to generate leads and drive sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven success in B2B sales, especially in the agricultural or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of animal feed and agrochemical products and their market applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
