Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify, target, and engage potential clients within the personal care and homecare sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and new clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring timely resolution of client inquiries and concerns.
Product Presentation & Demonstration:
- Deliver compelling presentations that showcase product features, benefits, and advantages.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to clients as needed.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor strategies.
- Perform market research to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, track sales activities, and analyze data to identify trends.
- Report on pipeline status and revenue projections, suggesting improvements where necessary.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth implementation of sales strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
Trade Shows & Events:
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Engage with potential clients, demonstrate products, and network with industry professionals to drive business growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).
- Experience: Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within the personal care or homecare industries.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of raw materials used in personal care and homecare products.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, while also being a collaborative team player.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and events.
