Primary Responsibilities :
Job Title/Position: Sales Executive
Department: Product and Service
Detailed Work Profile:
- Develop in-depth product knowledge and understand market trends.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Attend international exhibitions and trade shows in the USA, EU, and other locations, representing Freewell Gear and expanding our global reach.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
Required Experience in Years (Min/Max): 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in outdoor gear, photography accessories, or related fields.

Salary Budget (Min-Max Range):
- Housing: Company-provided accommodation.
- Food Allowance: RMB 800 per month. (Approx. INR 9,600)
- Annual Bonuses: Year-end bonus equivalent to one month's salary + performance-based bonuses on hitting targets.
- Overseas Travel: Opportunities to travel internationally for exhibitions and trade shows.
- Contract Terms: 3-year contract with potential for renewal based on performance.
- Air Fare: Return flight ticket to your home country at the 3-year mark.

Contract Duration: 3-year contract with potential for renewal based on performance.
Graduation/Post-Graduation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Local Candidate or Any Other City or State Preference: Preferred from the South side
Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Languages Known: English Preferred
