Job Title: Business Development Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by assisting in the formulation and execution of sales, marketing, and product development strategies. The individual will work closely with internal teams and external partners, managing relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Deepen industry knowledge and enhance understanding of the firm’s clientele.
Assist in formulating and executing sales, marketing, and product development strategies.
Monitor and oversee the progress of the company’s strategic initiatives.
Liaise with key partners to assess business needs and requirements.
Build and maintain client databases using CRM tools.
Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners and attractive business ventures.
Support Business Development Managers in deal negotiations and finalization.
Maintain detailed reports and ensure all activities align with company objectives.

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of work experience in business development, sales, or related fields.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Outgoing and personable, with the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
