Detailed Work Profile:
Dough Preparation:
- Fermenting and kneading the dough for Neapolitan pizzas.
- Assisting with the selection of appropriate flour.
Oven Setup & Pizza Making:
- Setting up and managing pizza ovens.
- Preparing pizzas, calzones, and garlic bread, including placing and removing them from the oven.
Ingredient Preparation:
- Cutting, slicing, and dicing pizza toppings (Mozzarella, Parmesan, Olives, Basil, Capsicum, Shiitake Mushrooms, Bell Peppers, Burrata Cheese).
Sauce Preparation:
- Blanching, peeling, and deseeding tomatoes for pizza sauce.
- Garnishing and seasoning the sauce for pizza application.
Creative Contributions:
- Experimenting with and creating new types of pizza sauces and flavor profiles.
Contract Duration:
- Permanent or as per company policy.
Location of Posting:
- New Delhi, India
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pizza preparation, specifically Neapolitan pizza.
Salary Budget:
- ₹32,000 to ₹40,000 per month.
