Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer with a strong understanding of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machinery to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling CNC machines and automation solutions to manufacturers, engineering firms, and industrial clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, driving sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and build relationships with decision-makers in the manufacturing and engineering sectors.
- Seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and participating in industry events and exhibitions.
Product Promotion:
- Promote CNC machines and related automation solutions to potential clients.
- Provide technical consultations, explaining machine features, capabilities, and benefits to customers.
Sales Process Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and detailed proposals to clients.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Customer Support:
- Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely post-sales support and issue resolution.
Market Research & Strategy:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Assist in developing sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Reporting:
- Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inquiries using CRM software.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline updates, and market trends to the sales manager.
