Roles:-
1. Purchase of all CAPEX, Services and Consumables
2. Procurement as per Norms
3. Tendering and its evaluation as per guidelines.
4. Issuance of Purchase Order Timely.
5. To Complete the Purchase activities as per plan.
6. To purchase budgeted Capital Goods of 30 to 50 Crores in each year.
7. Improvement of Total Turnaround time of purchase to around 30 days.
