Hostess and Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Engagement

   • Greet customers warmly upon entry and offer personalized product recommendations.
   • Build rapport with regular customers and ensure a welcoming environment.

2. Product Knowledge

   • Develop a deep understanding of the boutique's product range, including chocolates, pastries, macarons, and bakery items.
   • Describe ingredients, flavors, and the craftsmanship behind each product to customers.
   • Stay updated on seasonal products, limited editions, and new launches.

3. Sales and Upselling

   • Assist customers with product selection and recommend complementary items to enhance their experience.
   • Process transactions, ensuring that items are beautifully packaged.

4. Presentation and Display

   • Organize and maintain product displays to ensure they are aesthetically pleasing and well-stocked.
   • Help set up displays for seasonal promotions and special events.

5. Customer Service Excellence

   • Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution.
   • Provide information about additional services such as gifting, catering, and delivery.
   • Handle packaging orders with care, ensuring high standards of presentation.

6. Cleanliness and Hygiene

   • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene standards.
   • Follow food handling protocols to ensure safety and quality.

7. Team Collaboration

   • Work closely with the store manager and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
   • Attend team meetings and training sessions regularly.
   • Assist colleagues during busy periods to ensure prompt service.

Job Timings:
Shifts vary (morning and evening options available).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi or Gujarati.
• Well-groomed and presentable.
• Previous work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Candidates must be fit and healthy.
