AGM – Industry Engagement (Business Development)

Job Profile:

• Generate business opportunities for the use of technology-driven solutions and services across various industry sectors to achieve set targets.
• Analyze and understand client supply chain processes, and conceptualize solutions based on relevant industry standards and technologies.
• Possess strong techno-commercial skills with the ability to build excellent client relationships and demonstrate a results-oriented approach.
• Stay updated with global trends in emerging technologies like IoT, blockchain, AI, and their applications to enhance supply chain performance across organizations.
• Engage extensively with government bodies, regulators, and industry leaders to drive the adoption of technology standards across sectors such as Retail, Healthcare, Agriculture, Railways, Defence, and Transportation & Logistics.

Desired Skillsets:

• Experience in business development or sales, preferably in ERP, CRM, BPM software solutions, or consultative selling.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
• Fast learner with adaptability to new technologies and an evolving business environment, with direct selling experience to large enterprises.
• Highly creative, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to understand technologies and drive revenue generation.
• Strong presentation, written, and communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior industry and government leaders.
• Team player with leadership abilities to achieve both individual and collective targets.

Experience:

• 17-20 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record, including at least 3 years in a senior position handling business development responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Engineering graduate (CSE/ECE/IT), preferably with an MBA from a reputed institution.
