Spa Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, and other therapeutic services.
• Customize treatments based on clients' individual needs and preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
• Educate clients about spa services, products, and aftercare routines.
• Promote additional services and products to enhance client experience and increase sales.
• Track and manage client appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest spa techniques and industry trends to continuously improve service offerings.
• Collaborate with the spa management team to achieve business goals and improve overall client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Relevant certification or diploma in beauty therapy, massage therapy, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and spa treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and provide exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
• A passion for wellness and holistic health.

• Competitive hourly wage of £12.50 plus a 10% commission on services.
