Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
- Establish and nurture relationships with TMT bar distributors in Gujarat to expand market presence.
- Lead brand-building initiatives and effectively communicate value propositions to the market.
- Oversee and scale business operations, ensuring impactful marketing campaigns and strong client engagement.
- Manage and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure alignment with company goals.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Post-Graduation: Preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments.
Languages Known:
- Proficiency in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
