AVP / DVP - Coverage

Job Description:

• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients across diverse geographies, including governments, corporates, and financial institutions.
• Originate and manage new deal flows and client engagements in line with company strategy.
• Lead transactions across various sectors, including mandates sourced in-house or for strategic clients.
• Create solution proposals tailored to client requirements and drive dialogue between clients and project execution teams throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Analyze and review financial statements, identifying areas of concern and proposing actionable solutions.
• Execute strategies for new business lines and establish strategic partnerships or alliances.
• Capture prospective market needs and assess global trends in collaboration with executive leadership.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve business goals.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 7-15 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Relationship Management.
• Proven background in Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, or Front Office Treasury of Financial Institutions.
• Strong understanding of Credit/Corporate Finance and global market trends.
• Ability to quickly learn and offer bespoke solutions across a diverse product portfolio.
• Expertise in managing key client relationships with an extensive network.
• Solution-oriented mindset to convert client requirements into viable business opportunities.
• Strong leadership, people management, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and quick decision-making abilities.
• Master’s degree in Finance or a professional finance qualification.
