Primary Responsibilities :
Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Mumbai, India (Travel required to client locations and office)
Experience: Minimum 5+ years
Salary Budget: ₹12 - 15 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Strategy:
- Identify new business opportunities in the luxury goods and services segment.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to develop strategies for client acquisition.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients and luxury brand partners.
- Deliver presentations and effectively communicate the value proposition of luxury services.
Sales & Business Development:
- Lead business development initiatives targeting high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and luxury clientele.
- Develop and execute sales plans, meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
Interior Design Collaboration:
- Leverage knowledge of interior design trends and luxury brand aesthetics to tailor solutions for clients.
- Work closely with the design team to align offerings with client expectations.
Travel & Client Visits:
- Be willing and ready to travel frequently for client meetings, networking events, and business deals.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
Key Requirements:
Industry Expertise:
- Strong understanding of luxury goods, brands, and luxury services.
- Familiarity with interior design concepts and trends.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and impress high-profile clients.
Personality & Presentation:
- Possesses a great personality, is well-groomed, and has a polished and professional appearance.
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the luxury segment.
Travel Flexibility:
- Open to extensive travel as required by the role.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field. An advanced degree or certification in luxury brand management is a plus.
