Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
- End-to-end client servicing, including creating presentations, ideating, and proposing solutions based on client briefs.
- Guide and assist clients in selecting the appropriate solutions, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
Project Coordination:
- Handle multiple key accounts and manage event projects across the globe.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams and vendors for event set-ups, ensuring specifications and timelines are met.
- Travel onsite for project execution and vendor coordination as needed, even on short notice.
Relationship Building:
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Attend client meetings and communicate via phone, email, or written correspondence.
- Address client objections and work towards overcoming resistance to services.
Trend Identification & Market Research:
- Identify new ideas and trends by researching industry events, publications, and announcements.
- Provide insights to higher management about evolving client needs.
Financial & Administrative Tasks:
- Create cost estimates, invoices, and follow up for timely payments.
- Accurately capture client enquiry details and maintain clear records.
- Prepare and provide a weekly schedule of planned activities.
Performance Metrics:
- Achieve 100% client satisfaction and ensure client retention.
