Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the laundry facility, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow.
- Manage and supervise the laundry team, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance of equipment and laundry items.
- Maintain inventory and ensure timely procurement of necessary supplies.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety standards.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Prepare and manage schedules to ensure optimal staff utilization.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet specific laundry needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Experience Requirements:
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the laundry field.
- GCC experience preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of laundry operations and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Age: Below 35 years.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: 2500 AED to 3000 AED.
