Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to drive sales and establish connections in the bathroom and sanitary products industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging clients, and building lasting relationships with key stakeholders such as shopkeepers, showroom owners, builders, architects, and plumbers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Engagement: Identify and engage potential clients, showcasing and demonstrating bathroom and sanitary products.
- Training & Support: Provide training to shopkeepers and showroom owners to help them sell effectively.
- Networking & Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with builders, architects, and plumbers to expand the customer base.
- Customer Solutions: Address the specific needs of construction companies by offering tailored solutions in the bathroom and sanitary product space.
- Travel & Meetings: Local travel required, with occasional trips to nearby states. Attend daytime meetings with project teams and evening showroom visits.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Previous sales experience in the bathroom, sanitary products, or related construction materials industry. Knowledge of plumbing and current bathroom trends is a plus.
- Transportation: Own vehicle preferred for mobility.
- Languages: Fluency in the local language is required, with basic proficiency in English/Hindi for office communication.
- Skills & Qualities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proactive, and able to work independently.
