Role Overview:
The HR Manager will oversee and manage all human resource functions, ensuring effective execution of HR policies, compliance with labor laws, and maintaining a productive work environment. The role involves planning, directing, and coordinating the administrative functions of the organization.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations:
- Manage end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and employee engagement.
- Develop and enforce HR policies aligned with company objectives.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and updated HR records and employee documentation.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as the first point of contact for addressing employee queries and concerns.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and organize development programs for staff.
- Conduct periodic performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
- HR Strategy:
- Collaborate with management to devise and implement HR strategies that support business growth.
- Analyze HR metrics and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
Candidate Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Experience:
- 4-5 years of professional experience in HR management.
Skills & Competencies:
- Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software (preferred).
Compensation:
- Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 CTC per month
