HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations:
   • Manage end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and employee engagement.
   • Develop and enforce HR policies aligned with company objectives.
2. Compliance & Documentation:
   • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
   • Maintain accurate and updated HR records and employee documentation.
3. Employee Relations:
   • Act as the first point of contact for addressing employee queries and concerns.
   • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
4. Training & Development:
   • Identify training needs and organize development programs for staff.
   • Conduct periodic performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
5. HR Strategy:
   • Collaborate with management to devise and implement HR strategies that support business growth.
   • Analyze HR metrics and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Experience:

• 4-5 years of professional experience in HR management.

Skills & Competencies:

• Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (both written and verbal).
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software (preferred).

Compensation:

• Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 CTC per month
