Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Growth Strategies:
- Design and execute innovative and scalable marketing strategies to achieve business growth goals.
Experimentation & A/B Testing:
- Run rapid experiments across various marketing channels, including social media, SEO, paid ads, email marketing, and content marketing to identify growth opportunities.
Data Analysis & Optimization:
- Analyze campaign data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimize marketing efforts for better conversions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, sales, and development teams to align goals and integrate marketing strategies across departments.
SEO & Content Marketing:
- Develop initiatives to enhance organic search visibility and create content marketing strategies that drive inbound traffic.
Paid Advertising Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant digital channels.
Customer Acquisition & Retention:
- Innovate new user acquisition methods and design strategies to boost user retention and engagement.
Funnel Optimization:
- Optimize the customer journey from awareness to conversion to maximize growth potential.
Product Feedback Loop:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine product-market fit and identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Mandatory Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role, such as Growth Hacker or Marketing Manager.
- Prior experience in SaaS startups or fast-growing companies.
- Expertise in marketing frameworks, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, Hotjar), and A/B testing.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, email marketing, social media management, and paid advertising platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
- Data-driven approach with a focus on results and performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of user behavior analytics and customer journey mapping.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms.
