Key Responsibilities
Drafting and Detailing:
- Create and prepare detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings using AutoCAD.
- Ensure all drawings are precise, clear, and adhere to project specifications and standards.
Coordination and Communication:
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather project requirements.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely delivery of drawings and revisions.
Quality Assurance:
- Review and verify drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards.
- Make necessary adjustments or corrections as needed.
Documentation:
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of all drawings for easy access and reference.
- Ensure that the latest versions of drawings are shared and updated within the project team.
Skills and Competencies
- Proficient in AutoCAD with a strong understanding of MEP systems.
- Knowledge of MEP standards and practices specific to commercial projects.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
