Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliations and GST reconciliations regularly.
- Handle TDS and TCS calculations and related entries.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and compliance with regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and assist in preparing and filing tax returns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making processes.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficient in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Sound knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and TCS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accuracy.
