Job Title: Regional Sales Head - Maharashtra
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Reporting To: National Head
Compensation: INR 60,000 – 75,000 per month
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Expand customer relationships and explore new business opportunities.
Sales Team Management:
- Lead and manage a regional sales team to achieve set goals.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals to enhance team performance.
- Monitor team performance, providing constructive feedback and support.
Revenue Growth:
- Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding regional sales targets.
- Expand the product/service portfolio with existing clients and acquire new customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and sustain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Address customer concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop initiatives to improve the overall customer experience.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with national sales teams, marketing, and product teams to align strategies.
- Share regional sales insights and performance reports with senior management.
- Maintain alignment between regional and national business goals.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales success, especially in the South Indian market.
- Experience in the educational or e-learning sector is preferred.
- Certification in sales or marketing (e.g., CRM, digital marketing) is a plus.
