Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Sales leader focused on strategic accounts. This is a quota-carrying role requiring a strong track record in enterprise sales, preferably within financial services, telecom, or large conglomerates. The ideal candidate will have a passion for performance management, the ability to build long-term client relationships, and a strategic mindset to drive impactful business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic sales initiatives within the region, targeting financial services, telecom, and large corporate entities.
- Collaborate with a dedicated Business Development Leader for lead qualification and opportunity creation.
- Manage accounts with a blend of existing clients and new prospects, negotiating pricing and closing contracts with senior management support.
- Understand client business issues and performance challenges, creating tailored solutions that deliver clear ROI.
- Partner with pre-sales teams to provide insights and deal intelligence, articulating compelling value propositions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and creating reference-able accounts.
- Actively engage in the global sales ecosystem, contributing to the broader strategy.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Proven track record as a quota-carrying sales performer, with experience selling to C-Level executives and across multiple business units.
- Expertise in consultative technology B2B sales, enterprise sales, or software sales within the banking or insurance sectors.
- Strong technical aptitude, with familiarity in CRM, ERP, or HRIS systems.
- Experience in selling SaaS enterprise solutions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High level of productivity, with the ability to manage competing priorities under time constraints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in direct B2B sales; prior experience in a startup environment is an advantage.
- Strong prospecting and closing skills.
- Energetic, passionate, and self-motivated.
