Key Responsibilities
Commissioning & Setup:
- Oversee the commissioning of extensive and intricate plants with diverse mechanical equipment.
- Ensure the installation of machinery and systems is performed as per design specifications and standards.
Operations Management:
- Monitor and manage plant operations to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and supervise the operation of critical mechanical systems.
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance:
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and enhance system reliability.
- Utilize predictive maintenance techniques to anticipate potential equipment failures.
Troubleshooting & Repair:
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Ensure timely repairs and replacements of components to maintain plant efficiency.
Process Optimization:
- Analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant processes.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including schedules, repairs, and inspections.
- Prepare and submit reports on equipment performance and maintenance activities.
Safety & Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective measures to address identified hazards.
