Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated IT Sales Lead to drive growth and meet revenue targets in the IT sector. This role is ideal for individuals with a proven track record in sales, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of IT products and services. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities within the IT sector.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure sales initiatives are aligned with client expectations.
  • Maintain a client-focused approach, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, IT products, and services.
  • Operate primarily on a commission basis, with earnings between 5% and 15% of sales generated, plus bonuses for exceeding targets.
