Position Summary:
The Production Service Manager will lead and oversee the production operations of the company, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality output, and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing Production Operations:
- Manage and supervise daily operations of the production department to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
Quality Control:
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure all printed materials meet company standards and customer expectations.
Team Management:
- Lead, train, and develop the production team to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company policies.
Scheduling and Planning:
- Coordinate and manage production schedules, including planning print runs and meeting deadlines for timely product delivery.
Vendor and Supplier Coordination:
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and oversee timely delivery of materials.
Cost Management:
- Monitor production costs, identify areas for cost reduction, and ensure the budget is met without compromising quality.
Customer Service:
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to production services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards by implementing and monitoring appropriate safety protocols.
Innovation and Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve production processes and introduce new technologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate production records, generate performance reports, and document issues or improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in production services management or a similar role.
