Job Description:
Leadership and Management:
- Oversee the effective general management of the School.
- Provide academic leadership and strategic vision.
- Ensure the quality of the student experience.
Staff and Student Development:
- Lead a team of dedicated academic and non-academic staff.
- Provide visionary leadership and oversight.
- Cultivate disciplined and self-reliant citizens prepared for future leadership roles.
Strategic Planning:
- Implement the school’s development plan.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction.
- Motivate staff to achieve superior performance for the best student outcomes.
Curriculum Development:
- Lead the implementation and development of the National Curriculum Framework and Learning Outcomes Framework.
- Oversee curriculum planning, delivery, assessment, and development at both school and national levels.
School Environment:
- Develop and maintain a safe, orderly, and stimulating school environment.
- Foster a creative and cognitively enriching climate conducive to learning.
Mentorship:
- Coordinate mentoring for Newly Qualified/Recruited Educators and those facing challenges.
- Create and nurture a Community of Professional Educators through active participation.

Educational Qualifications:
- University graduate with a First Degree, preferably B.Ed or its equivalent.
- Master’s Degree in Educational Management and Planning or professional qualification in education is advantageous.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years cognate experience in an International School.
- At least 5 years in a Management/Leadership position.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of the Nigerian National Policy on Education.
- Knowledge of relevant educational laws and regulations in Nigeria.
- In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian and British curricula.
- Experience with WAEC and IGCSE curricula.
- Effective communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to implement and monitor school improvement programs.

- Must be a Christian with basic Christian experiences.

- Excellent diction and interpersonal skills.
