Cluster Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and lead a team of Relationship Managers, Area Managers, and Sales Managers to drive motor insurance sales via the Agency Channel (POSP Model).
• Build and manage a team of Relationship Managers, Branch Managers, and Area Managers to achieve business objectives.
• Recruit Point of Sales Persons (POSP) and generate business through them.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to processes for effective sales management.
• Conduct performance reviews for team members and implement strategies to improve output.
• Achieve consistent sales performance by leveraging management and monitoring capabilities.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services to guide team operations effectively.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Train and motivate the POSP network and the team to achieve business targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in general insurance, particularly in motor insurance sales.
• Strong background in team management within the agency channel.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a portfolio of INR 10 to 100 crores in monthly premiums.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
