Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation:
- Develop creative and innovative jewelry designs for rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and more.
- Translate ideas into hand-drawn sketches and/or CAD designs.
Trend Analysis:
- Research market trends, customer preferences, and competitor products to inspire unique designs.
- Stay updated on emerging techniques, materials, and styles within the jewelry industry.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure designs meet high standards of quality, durability, and aesthetics.
- Oversee prototype development and make adjustments before final production.
Collaboration and Creative Input:
- Work with the marketing team to develop collections that resonate with target audiences.
- Contribute creative ideas during product launches and photoshoots.
- Maintain an organized portfolio of designs for future reference.

Requirements:

Education:
- A degree or certification in Jewelry Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in jewelry designing, preferably with diamond jewelry.
Skills:
- Strong artistic and creative abilities with an innovative approach to design.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as Rhino, Matrix, or similar tools.
- In-depth knowledge of gemstones, diamonds, and jewelry production techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
