As a Sales Manager in the Sales department, your primary responsibilities will include:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Pharma Packaging industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Analyze competitors and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop strong relationships with key clients.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly to maintain high client satisfaction.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Prepare sales plans and budgets and monitor performance against targets.
Training and Development:
- Participate in training programs, including potential training in Italy, to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
